  1. Why Not YOU!?

    July 21, 2015 by Heather

Why Not I just returned from Nashville for the annual Beachbody Coach Summit.  It was HOT in Nashville!  Oh my!  I packed as many as my fibro tools as I could but this time, despite my best efforts, I suffered a bit.  Did I mention it was HOT!?!?

How many of you take a beating when you travel?  I always do my best to stick with a routine, drink lots of water, take all my supplements etc. but you know how it goes.  When I went to Cancun in March I actually did pretty well.  This time, not so much.  But I have all the tools now at home to get back on track.  But before I do that, I’m super busy trying to get caught up and super excited to share some new things that are coming out!

There’s a brand new Fixate cookbook that was based around the 21 Day Fix Program!  The recipes in the book look super yummy!  I can’t wait to try them!  If you want to check out the book for yourself head here…..

Cize, the new workout program from Shaun T also came out!  Who wants to workout but not feel like they’re working out!?  ME!!!  If you want to check that out head here….

Beachbody also came out with some boosts for Shakeology and a Performance Line.  Super awesome stuff!  I have to tell you…we were sitting in one of the sessions really tired and failing when we decided to grab a Shakeology from the bar with the focus boost in it.  Holy cow!!!  We were like brand new ladies, and were ready to go for the evening!  I will definitely be getting that on home direct!  I think it the perfect product for any Fibro peep to have in their arsenal for sure!

But I didn’t just want to write this post to tell you about all the new stuff, despite how awesome it all is!  What I really wanted to ask you is what hopes and dreams do you have for yourself?  Did those hopes and dreams get pushed aside with your Fibro diagnosis?  Are you struggling to get yourself back?  I’m here to tell you that I am no different than you.  And just because you have Fibro, it shouldn’t have you.  And it won’t if you don’t let it.  I was up on stage last week in front of 25,000 people.  Why?  Because every day I help people just like me live a healthier more fulfilling life despite chronic health issues.  Why not you?  I am currently looking to add people to my team that want to help others while helping themselves at the same time.  No health and fitness experience is necessary.  All I ask is that you have a want to help others and a need to help yourself.  I’ll take care of the rest.  We have one life to live.  Why not live it the best way we know how?  If any of this resonates with you, reach out.  I’d love to hear from you!

    Peace & Love,

  2. Shakeology is the REAL DEAL!

    July 8, 2011 by Heather

Ok I must continue my rant from my Facebook post this morning!

So seriously!!!  Shakeology IS the real deal!  And I don’t just say this because I sell the product.  I say this because I know what it has done for me and for so many others.  You can’t fake results people!  But if you want the straight up facts, where else can you get over 70 whole food ingredients, protein, amino acids, probitiocs, digestive enzymes, antioxidants, phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals all in one glass for 140 calories?  And the ingredients are of the highest quality!  This company does not just throw a bunch of crap together, they research each ingredient and go to these places to make sure they are getting the finest product.  In fact do you know why they haven’t come out with a vanilla flavor???  Because they cannot make it taste good without putting a bunch of artificial crap in it!  Does that not speak to the integrity of this company AND does it not make you wonder what the heck is in the vanilla powders you have been drinking.

And let’s talk about the cost.  When I mention to someone that it is $120/mth on autoship I usually get the WHAT????  look!  Let’s think about this….It breaks down to $4/day.  You are replacing a meal with it.  That breakfast or lunch you are buying is atleast $4 and I will argue it is probably not as healthy.  And I challenge anyone to go out and buy all the ingredients that are in Shakeology.  Good luck finding them all by the way.  But if you do, calculate all the ingredients, divide it by 30 and tell me it is less than $4/day!!

And lastly, seriously, are you worth $4/day???  If you can honestly answer that question with a NO then I am deeply saddened!  Everyone’s health is worth ATLEAST $4/day!!!!

I could go on and on about this product because I have seen and felt what it can do for people!  OH, and a little tidbit I picked up from Summit….for those lactose intolerant people, yes, Shakeology does have whey in it.  But the majority of lactose intolerant people, the co-creator herself, can drink Shakeology with no problem because the whey in Shakeology is of the highest quality.  Higher quality whey has less of the offending lactose in it.  Again, makes you wonder about the quality of the other whey protein shakes you are drinking!

So that concludes my rant from earlier today!  AH, I do feel better now!

  3. Coming Soon: Shakeology Tropical!!!

    July 5, 2011 by Heather

So you may have heard that there is a new flavor of Shakeology!  Yup!!!  It is true!  And I had the chance to taste it at Summit!  It is fabulous my friends!!!!!  If you are my customer I will let you know as soon as it comes out!!!

  4. I really don’t have it all together…

    June 29, 2011 by Heather

So I have been a bit nuts since I returned from Summit.  I like to use the word spaztastic!  Let me just say that I was nuts BEFORE I left for Summit so this is not an improvement!  I returned with a bunch of work to catch up on and my head spinning from all the new stuff I learned and wanted to implement.  At the same time, I am trying to stay as stress free (fat chance huh!?) as possible because I know that doesn’t help the fibromyalgia.  Have I mentioned I am Type A????  Ya….so…..  But, alas, I am only one person and I need to learn how to find balance in my life.

I am quickly learning that I suck at finding balance in my life!  I think I’d be ok if I could just have a few more hours in the day.  But since I can’t rearrange that setup, I better learn how to find the balance…right?   I am a leader, I’m supposed to lead.  How can I tell people it’s important to have balance in their lives if I can’t find it in my own?

So this is what I’m trying to work on in this moment.  I always say my body is a work in progress.  And so, I suppose, is this thing called balance.  Perhaps I should have taken that time management training at Summit.  Oh wait…I was at the Social Media training.  This was the training that really set my wheels spinning and I wanted to implement everything I learned.  Ironic….
