    It is week 7 of Les Mills Pump. I will be honest I didn’t think I saw anything happening last week. I did feel like the legs of my jeans were tighter. Sometimes I can be a little crazy so I wasn’t sure if it was all in my head. But then I remembered….I was “blessed” with legs that put on muscle VERY easily! So I made the decision to listen to the body I know so well and go lighter on the leg portions.

    Isn’t it funny how we can be smack in the middle of the program and not thinking much is happening only to wake up one morning and say “holy crap!” Well that’s what happened this morning to me. I looked in the mirror and realized things ARE happening. AND my jeans don’t feel tighter in the legs!

    So listen to your body, trust that you know your body, and trust the program!
