New Year, New You?

Happy New Year!  Have you thought about your New Year’s Resolutions?  Have you written them down?  I find that a goal not written down quickly gets forgotten.  You know all those New Year’s Resolutions you made in the past that lasted two weeks?!  Ya those…..  Make this year different.  Write them down and put them somewhere where you can see them EVERY day!  I put mine on my phone and I read them EERY day.  How about that dress you want to fit into?  Take it and hang it up somewhere so you can see it EVERY day.  You could do the same thing with an old picture of yourself that you want to get back to.  

Do you have a plan?  A goal without a plan will most likely fail!  What exercise will you do?  How will you change your eating habits?  How will you fit that water into your day?  How will you make time for YOU?
